Ring Ring Deals is made by Mohammad Oumari, Austria ("we"). You can reach us at support@mooumari.com.
The short version
Your voice stays on your phone. We never receive a recording of it. The words you say are turned into text on your phone, and that text goes to our servers and to an AI company so the customer can answer. You don't give us your name or email to play.
What we collect
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| A random account ID, made when you first play | To keep your game | Until you delete your data |
| An ID from Apple, only if you choose Save my progress. We don't ask for your name or email. | To load your game on a new phone | Until you delete your data |
| Your game: money, team, upgrades, contacts, purchases in the game | To run the game | Until you delete your data |
| The text of your calls: what you said and what the customer said | To run the call, keep it safe, and balance the game | Up to 30 days |
| Calls you report | To read and act on your report | Up to 90 days |
| Game events and crash reports: for example that a call started, how it ended, how long a download took. Never what was said on a call. These tools also estimate your rough location, such as your city, from your internet address | To find problems and improve the game | Up to 14 months |
| Your birth month and year | To check you're old enough. It's checked on your phone. We only keep whether you agreed, or the date you can play from, and only on your phone | Until you delete the app |
We don't show ads, we don't use an advertising ID, and we don't sell your data.
Please don't say private things on a call, such as your real name, address, school or phone number. The customers are made up and never need them.
Who else handles it
- Anthropic (USA): the AI that plays the customers. It receives the text of your call, with no account name attached. Under its commercial terms it doesn't train its models on this text.
- Google Firebase (USA): our servers, sign-in, database, Analytics and Crashlytics.
- Cloudflare: delivers the voice files your phone downloads, and sees your internet address when it does.
- Apple: the App Store, payments if you subscribe, and sign-in if you choose Save my progress. RevenueCat: will keep track of subscriptions, once they start. It receives your random account ID and what you bought, not your name.
Some of these are outside your country, including in the USA.
Your choices and rights
Delete my data: in the game, open Settings, then Delete my data. This deletes your game, your calls, your reports and your account from our servers right away. Service logs can take up to 30 days to clear.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see, correct, move or object to the use of your data, and to complain to a data protection authority. In Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde. Email us to ask. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need the ID shown in the game to find yours.
Children
The game isn't for children under 13, and it stops anyone who says they are under 13 from starting. If you think a child under 13 has used it, email us and we'll delete their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game.
