Ring Ring Deals is for ages 13 and up, so we take extra care with what its AI characters say. No filter is perfect, so please report anything that seems wrong.
What we do
- Honesty: the game says up front, and during calls, that customers are AI. If you ask a customer whether they're real, they tell you.
- Age check: anyone who says they're under 13 can't play.
- Rules for the characters: nothing sexual or romantic, no help with drugs, alcohol, gambling, weapons, crime or real scams, no hate, and they never ask for your private details or to meet.
- Filters: we filter strong language and slurs both in what you say and in what customers say.
- Real trouble: if you sound like you're in danger, the sale stops and the game tells you to talk to an adult you trust, call your local emergency number, or find a free helpline at findahelpline.com. This is a game and can't get you help itself.
- Reporting: every call's results screen has Report this call, and we read those reports.
- Your voice: stays on your phone. See the privacy policy.
- Our AI provider's rules: the game follows Anthropic's requirements for products that minors may use.
