These terms are between you and Mohammad Oumari, Austria. By playing, you agree to them. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree too.
The game
You must be at least 13. The customers are made-up characters played by AI, and their voices are made by a computer. What they say is fiction and can be wrong or odd. It isn't advice of any kind, and it isn't anything we said. The products and money in the game aren't real.
What you must not do
- Use the game to harass anyone, or to make hateful, sexual or violent content.
- Use what you get from the game to scam or mislead real people, or to pass computer-made voices or text off as made by a real person.
- Use the voices or the AI to harm, impersonate or exploit anyone, to give medical or legal advice, or for any other use the voice model's licence forbids (its Attachment A).
- Break the game or its servers, get around its limits, or copy or resell it.
We can limit or close an account that breaks these rules.
Subscription
The game is free while it's being tested. When subscriptions start, the first 5 calls will be free, and after that Ring Ring Deals will cost $4.99 a month or the App Store's price for your country (for example, €5.99 in Austria, tax included), with up to 20 calls a day. The game shows you the price before you pay. A subscription renews every month through your App Store account until you cancel, which you can do in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Limits
The game may be closed for a while, or changed. There's a daily limit across all players, and on a very busy day calls may stop until the next day. Apple's standard licence terms also apply.
The game comes as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is no more than what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Austrian law applies, but you keep the protections of the law where you live if you're a consumer.
